Information you provide

The consultation form asks for your name, email address, and message. You may also provide a phone number and business or organization name. If you contact us directly, we receive the information included in that conversation.

Please do not include patient information, medical records, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information in an inquiry. The website form is intended for general project discussions.

How inquiry information is used

We use your contact details and message to respond to your inquiry, understand your project needs, and discuss possible next steps. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an appointment or create a project agreement.

Services that process information

• FormSubmit: When you submit the homepage form, your browser sends the form information to FormSubmit, which processes it for delivery to info@mildeasolutions.com. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Read its privacy policy and submission-retention documentation.
• Google Workspace: MILDEA uses Google Workspace for business email. Messages sent to info@mildeasolutions.com are forwarded to the inbox used to respond to inquiries. Email information is processed through the services used to deliver, forward, and store those messages. • Cloudflare: The public website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information, which may include IP addresses, traffic routing information, and system configuration information, to provide its services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The Emerald Connect page uses an email-draft form. It opens your email application; the message is sent only when you send that draft.

How long information is kept

FormSubmit’s 30-day retention period applies to the copy held by FormSubmit. It does not automatically delete messages from the inbox receiving MILDEA’s forwarded inquiries or other business records.

We keep inquiry emails and related correspondence as needed to respond, discuss potential work, and manage an active project. Closed inquiries that do not lead to a project are reviewed and deleted manually when no longer needed. Relevant project correspondence may be retained for ongoing work and business records. This is a manual process, not an automatic deletion schedule.

You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of information you have provided. Some records may need to be retained for an active project or legal obligations.

Website technology

This website uses locally hosted images, video, styles, and scripts, with system fonts. The website’s own form code does not save your inquiry fields in browser storage. Hosting and form providers may separately process technical data, and their services may use cookies or other technologies for service delivery and security.
