Frequently asked questions
MILDEA Solutions
What does MILDEA do?
MILDEA offers consultations by appointment to explore client-specific technology solutions. The focus is on understanding your needs, considering practical options, and identifying a sensible next step.
Can I bring a problem without knowing what technology I need?
Yes. Bring your idea, challenge, or a process you’d like to improve. The conversation can help explore where technology might be useful and what practical options are worth considering.
What happens after I request a consultation?
Kyle will be in touch to discuss your needs and arrange a time to talk. The initial conversation explores possible options and next steps. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment or guarantee project acceptance.
Is the initial consultation free, and does it commit me to a project?
The initial consultation is free and comes with no obligation to proceed. Neither party is committed to project work by an inquiry or initial consultation. Any project requires a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, and responsibilities.
Emerald Connect
What is Emerald Connect?
Emerald Connect is a prototype in development designed to simplify patient transport coordination between medical facilities and private EMS services.
What can hospital staff do?
In the prototype, hospital staff can try notifying selected providers together or in priority order, viewing active transports on a shared board, receiving status and ETA updates, and reviewing past requests in History.
What can dispatchers do?
In the prototype, dispatchers can try reviewing requests, accepting a transport, adding an ETA when available, updating En Route, Delayed, and Completed statuses, and finding past transport records.
Can it handle transport paperwork?
Documentation management is a planned feature. The plan is to support provider-specific forms that hospital staff can prepare and print for each transport; this is not presented as available today.
Does the demo use real patient information?
No. The demonstration uses fictional people, patient information, and transport requests. Real organization names are illustrative and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
How can I see a demo?
Watch the short demonstration video, or request a live walkthrough of the prototype using the contact form.
